4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you are located or, if you are outside of the United States, the district where our service is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an injunction against the restoration of the material.

Content generated by our AI tools is created based on your inputs, prompts, and specifications. If AI-generated content inadvertently resembles or incorporates copyrighted material, please notify us immediately at support@collaborativemarketing.agency and we will promptly address the concern.
Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication to ensure it does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. By using our AI tools, you agree to use the generated content only in ways that comply with applicable law and the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we will terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat copyright infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice or who has engaged in a pattern of copyright infringement activity.
